Security Deposit & Payment Details:

A $300 security deposit is required to reserve your crew, boat, and selected day. This deposit will be applied toward your rental total as long as there is no cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable, rain or shine, unless the U.S. Coast Guard deems conditions unsafe.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your trip at the marina before departure, payable via Zelle or Cash ONLY.

Terms and Conditions for Yacht Rental

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your yacht rental with Feeling Yachty, doing business as Level9Fitness ("Company"). By booking a rental, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the time specified in your booking confirmation and ends at the agreed return time. Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges. Unless there is no charter planned during the time requested.

3. Rental Fees and Payment
Rental fees are as specified in your booking confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before the rental period begins. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our website.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Renter: There are no cancellations for this trip. The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. Use of the Yacht

The yacht may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
The renter is responsible for the conduct of all passengers and any damages to the yacht during the rental period.
The maximum number of passengers allowed on the yacht is 13.
6. Safety Regulations

The renter must comply with all safety regulations and instructions provided by the Company and the yacht captain.
Life jackets and other safety equipment must be used as directed.
The consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderation, but the renter and passengers must remain in control and act responsibly.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City/State/Country].

8. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the renter in advance of their rental period.

9. Acceptance
By booking a rental with Feeling Yachty, doing business as Level9Fitness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
